About

Hi, I’m Oana

I’m a busy working mom and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist on a mission to help families build a foundation of health and happiness- one meal at the time. I am also a professional, practicing law in British Columbia, and the mom of a very busy, athletic boy whose evenings and weekends are filled with games and practices. I get it- life is busy and, at times, overwhelmingly so. You want to make sure you raise emotionally healthy, physically strong, and mentally thriving children, but where do you even begin? And let’s not forget about you, the parents who need to stay healthy, too, but can’t seem to catch a break. Between work, school, extracurriculars, and everything in between, who has the time to eat well, let alone cook a nutritious meal?

My journey into nutrition didn’t start in a classroom—it started in my own home. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to figure out what’s best for your family’s health. The constant juggling of busy schedules, picky eaters at home, and conflicting health advice can leave you feeling exhausted, confused, and uncertain. 

I believe family health is about more than just food seen as fuel—it’s about understanding that this is a powerful tool that can shape the emotional and physical wellbeing of your whole family in every sense of the word. Nutrition is the foundation, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle. That’s why I combine holistic nutrition with sustainable lifestyle changes to create personalized, long-term wellness plans for each family. I also understand that food traditions run deep in families, and I promise I will never ask you to ditch what matters to you! Instead, I’ll help you adapt and transform your family meals into nourishing, vibrant, and fun experiences.

After living on three continents, travelling the world and experiencing different cultural approaches to food before making Canada my home, I realized there was a better way. I became a holistic nutritionist because I wanted to offer families a practical, evidence-based approach to wellness—one that considers not just WHAT we eat, but HOW we live, how we FEEL, so we can thrive together.
